Terms and conditions
- I have never been involved in any unlawful activities, which are liable for penalties/ punishment under the law of the land.
- I promise that during my course duration here in the center, I shall not be involved in any unlawful activities.
- This Admission form is limited only to me and non-transferable in any case
- Registration /Admission Fee is Rs. 150/- per candidate. Id card Cost is Rs. 50/- only.
- Once fee is deposited, shall not be refundable.
- Examination fee Rs. 300/- per module is charged after Failure. Course Up-gradation/ Degradation Rs. 300/- is charged.
- Late fee after due date, Rs.100/- per week is charged.
- Without Information, Break in the course, shall be treated as discontinuation. In such case, the student shall not be allowed to join next/other batch without permission. Rs. 200/- is charged for break form at the time of break. Maximum two Breaks allowed and the duration is not exceeding 1 month.
- Rejoining must within the 3 months duration from joining date. Rejoining shall cost Rs.500/- minimum. After that the admission is treated as canceled. In addition and the whole right for rejoining permission shall lie with the center head.
- Security deposits of Rs. 500/ – for Library Charges. It is optional. This money is refundable at the time of leaving the center or after.
- I shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Center and the Center head has the full right to take action against me for any type of in disciplinary activities.
- Jaipur city shall be the jurisdiction area for any dispute.
